just needed a reset, cleanse, and detox. I chose this retreat because it had a lot of great activities for my body, mind, and soul. For example, the sound bath for cleansing/healing, the art for therapy, and the yoga for getting in alignment and healing. I accomplished doing yoga which I have not done for a few years. This retreat will truly make you feel blissful and it is great for releasing. The hosts are sweet, kind, and compassionate. They have great energy and make you feel comfortable at all times. I'm looking forward to their next retreat! :-)

Incredible, healing experiences throughout each part of the retreat. Allowed everyone to bond as a group and feel emotionally safe to share and sing. The sound healing experiences were a highlight. Calm, connected shamanic healing and release with drumming was grounding and spiritual. During Kirtan I felt love and connection to myself and the group. I loved every experience. The yoga was wonderful and gentle. Cari- thank you for presenting art projects that allowed me to release my self-judgment for the first time ever!

I loved the painting project. I found it very relaxing and satisfying. I really enjoyed the pace of the yoga, it gave me the time to focus on my breath. I loved the sound baths and had visual experiences from them.

I chose this retreat because I connected with the singing bowls and sound bath portion of the retreat immediately. It was also very close to home and excellent value for the price. I feel much more relaxed and connected to my bliss and creativity. The vegetarian meal and daily yoga left me feeling healthy and energized.Cari and Melissa did a wonderful job with every aspect of the retreat. I loved the care and attention offering alternative positions for yoga poses and so much encouragement. The crystal bowl sound bath was so soothing and relaxing. Cari did an excellent job weaving energy, clearing, healing, and journeying through sound. They worked so well together and easily adapted to weather challenges. I felt truly held and safe fully exploring the experience. I'm looking forward to booking their next offering and recommending them to friends.

This retreat actually exceeded my expectations. From the painting to the sound baths and Kirtan. I felt vibrations and feelings I've never felt before! It was the closest location I was able to find and the given options were appealing to me.... The whole institute is set up very nicely, there are areas to escape and just to be with yourself..., there are nice areas to walk and...meditate...
