Service Description

This creative journey is meant to challenge our anxious brain’s version of the truth and teach our mind to consciously choose what to pay attention to. The art practices and strategies we will use are based off of the concept of mindfulness, being aware of the present moment. Anxious thoughts get in the way of our ability to experience life because it keeps us out of the present moment. Intentionally showing up in that moment will enable us to push out of the anxiety and gain back control over our thoughts.
