Therapeutic Art

New
Program
Non-clinical therapeutic art making is a tool for creating art as a means of self-expression,
exploration and healing. This process is guided by a facilitator, not a licensed mental health professional. Therapeutic art can help uncover and develop internal resources that empower an individual and
encourage them to look within to gain the clarity and insight that supports emotional healing. Throughout
the process participants learn to understand and manage the triggers and reactions that may cause
stress or symptoms of anxiety and depression.
