A creative experience with sound and art. Enjoy paintng a beautiful Lotus painting while being immersed in a deeply relaxing soundscape. Learn how using simple mark making to make an abstract painting can become a meditative process that relaxes you and ignites your creative spark.
No art experience needed, all materials included. Bring a yoga mat for comfort. Please wear clothes you can paint and relax in.
